Product Overview
Our heat treatment furnace range is designed for precision, efficiency, and long-lasting durability. From custom post weld heat treatment (PWHT) furnaces to electric heat treatment furnaces and large industrial heat treatment furnaces, we provide complete solutions that ensure reliable performance for every application.
We proudly supply heat treatment furnaces in Canada, including specialized PWHT furnaces in Alberta, tailored to the needs of industries such as oil & gas, petrochemical, and heavy equipment manufacturing.
The ToughLift Hydraulic Truck Jack is part of our advanced hydraulic lifting equipment range, designed for superior performance and operator safety. With lifting capacities ranging up to 220 tonnes, it delivers reliability in heavy-duty environments.
We specialize in custom PWHT furnaces, engineered for ease of setup and long service life. Furnaces can be supplied as turn-key units shipped in only a couple of pieces, requiring as little as two days for installation. Larger industrial furnaces are shipped in modular sections that can be bolted or welded together on-site.
Every system includes all necessary components: burners, advanced control systems, insulation packages, and full technical support with training. We also provide engineering designs for customers who wish to build the furnace themselves.
Furnace Box Construction
The furnace box is built from structural steel and sheet metal, ensuring strength and durability. Depending on the furnace type, the box can be designed as fixed, lifting, or rolling.
Insulation: The furnace interior is fully insulated using a combination of fire brick, high-temperature mineral wool batts, and AES blanket. With 6 inches of insulation thickness, heat losses are minimized while protecting the structural integrity of the furnace.
Attachment Method: The insulation is secured using the Drawn Arc Stud Welding process with Insultwist Pins, providing a robust and long-lasting bond inside the furnace chamber.
These construction features ensure efficient heating, minimal energy loss, and extended furnace lifespan, making them ideal for high-demand industrial applications.

What is a post weld heat treatment furnace?
A post weld heat treatment furnace (PWHT) is used to relieve stresses in welded components, reduce hardness, and improve toughness. This process enhances the long-term performance and safety of critical parts.
How quickly can a custom PWHT furnace be installed?
Turn-key PWHT furnaces can be shipped in only a couple of large sections and set up in as little as 2 days, minimizing downtime.
What type of insulation is used in these furnaces?
The furnace box uses a 6-inch insulation package made of fire brick, high-temperature mineral wool batts, and AES blanket, secured with Drawn Arc Stud Welding and Insultwist Pins.
Can these furnaces be customized for different industries?
Yes. Our furnaces are available as electric heat treatment furnaces, industrial heat treatment furnaces, or specialized PWHT systems, customized for industries such as oil & gas, aerospace, automotive, and heavy manufacturing.
Do you provide support and training with the furnace?
Absolutely. We supply burners, control systems, insulation packages, full technical support, and operator training. We can also provide engineering designs if you prefer to build the furnace in-house.
